With your purchase you get one size exchange free of charge within 60 days from the date when you received your order, even for personalized rings. For international orders (non-USA) we will charge shipping costs.
Additional exchanges for non-personalized rings will have an additional charge of $15 ($25 for international) and can be done up to 90 days from the date when you received your order.
Additional exchanges for personalized rings (after the first one) will not be accepted and you will need to purchase a new ring.
To do a size exchange send the ring back following the instructions below. Please note it can take up to three weeks (longer for international) to receive the new exchanged ring.

If you want to get the new size faster, you can do a "replace and return", purchase a new ring and send the old one back for return (in that order).
The "replace and return" has the same requirements and costs as an exchange.
The first "replace and return" is free of charge, even for personalized rings, and the return needs to arrive within 60 days from the date when you received your order. You will receive a full refund for the return.
Additional "replace and returns" for non-personalized rings will have a charge of $15 ($25 for international) and can be done up to 90 days from the date when you received your order. The charge will be deducted from the return.
Additional "replace and returns" for personalized rings (after the first one) will not be accepted and you will need to purchase a new ring.

Returns without a new replacement order will be processed as returns, and some fees apply.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date when you received your order for a full refund less shipping and handling costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging.
If the products or packaging are not in like new condition, we may assess additional charges as restocking fees.

We don't accept returns for items that have been personalized.

  1. HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR RETURN

Package all your items appropriately so that they don't get damaged during shipping. If the item gets lost or damaged during transit due to improper packaging, we will not process a return or exchange. Make sure to include the return information and other materials sent with your order.

Items should not be sent as a letter inside a letter envelope. At a minimum, a padded envelope should be used.

  1. SHIPMENT AND INSURANCE

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Make sure to use a shipping method that provides tracking, this will help guarantee that the package arrives safely back to us. Also, for higher value items you may want to add insurance and/or signature confirmation service to the shipping. A good and economic option is to use USPS First Class with insurance and signature required.

  1. DOMESTIC – EXCHANGE/RETURN PROCESS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and verify they are in new condition and process the exchange/return accordingly. The exchange/return process takes about 3 to 5 business days.

For exchanges, we will send you a request to pay for the international shipping and then ship the new item.
