Under "Ring Size" select the option "Don't Know - Send Sizer First then Ring" and we will ship a ring sizer to you first, and then, once you let us know the size, we will ship your ring.

Sometimes, you may not get the best fit the first time. If you need a different size you can send the ring back for a size exchange. The first exchange is free of charge, even for personalized rings.

How can I measure the ring size before ordering?

The ring doesn't fit and I need to get a different size soon.

The size exchange process can take some time due to the shipping time both ways. If you need a size replacement soon you can place a new order for the new size and send the previous ring back for return. You can request express shipping for an even faster delivery.
